Information of boarding;

When your precious and much-loved pets stay with us at 

Catnapstay - Home Stay

That’s exactly what happens, it’s a Home Style Stay, NO concrete floors, it’s all carpet and vinyl flooring with room to play and climb. 

The enclosures are all undercover and protected from all weather, sunny, shaded and safe.

You are welcome to supply your cats regular bedding and is highly recommended to help them feel comfortable. It is a requirement to provide your cats regular food.

Open days and times;

Monday-Saturday

10:00am-4:00pm 

Closed public holidays and Sundays

(Available by appointment, outside these days & times)

Pricing:

Single cat is $20 per day* (second cat is an additional $10 per day sharing the same house)

Public Holidays: 

Single cat is $25 per day* (second cat is an additional $15 per day sharing the same house)

*All bookings require a deposit of 50% - either short stay or long stay

Cash payment or direct bank deposit is the only available payment method.

· If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of check-in, the deposit is forfeited,

However, the deposit can be refunded if a similar booking is taken in place of the original

· This price guide is for either short or long stay (flat rate)

· All cats on arrival will require proof of a current F3 vaccination

· Microchip details of each animal must be supplied on check-in

· Check-in is no earlier than 10:00am

· Check out is no later than 4:00pm

· All cats will be checked for fleas on arrival. If detected, cats will be treated as needed and a fee will be incurred onto the final bill.
